J514 Pins Damaged

While picking up my Jeston AGX Xavier Development kit my fingers pressed up against some pins and broke them off. These ended up being the three J514 pins on the underside of the board. Reading the user-guide I see that these are the voltage selector pins. So far as I can tell, the only function of these pins is determining the Logic Level the GPIO pins operate at.

Is there any other function of these pins? Do you expect the GPIO pins will still function? Is there a default logic level?

J514 is for choosing voltage level (1.8v/3.3v) of GPIO pins of 40-pin header J30. You can find the P2822 schematic in DLC for more info.
