hey,
im currently switched from jessie to stretch and on both i notice a weird jerky gnome feeling when using the nvidia driver. also when i run chromium, gnome videoplayer or minimize a game and move a window on desktop at the same time, my xorg cpu load goes close to over 80% on core 1 of my cpu.
with the nouveau driver i dont have any of this problems.
