JetPack 3.1 Component Manager is error! It cannot display a list of files. File list is NULL.

The list is downloaded from a server each time you run. There have been many cases of not being able to reach the server from China. There were people suggesting NVIDIA was working on a server within China, but as a workaround others were using a VPN.

Many VPNs are now unavailable.Is there any other way?

Someone from NVIDIA might be able to comment on server status in China, but I personally do not know.

Could you use JetPack 3.2.1? It adds HTTPS for China, that should help.
