Hello everyone.
We tried latest JetPack 4.2 with sdk manger on Xavier and TX2.
After flashing you need to configure system, but mouse and keyboard doesn’t work. I tried all ports, but it doesn’t help.
On tx2 there was no such error.

Do you stuck at the moment when system gives out the prompt to ask username/pwd?
I tried before and at the moment, but result is the same

Could you please try plug-in kayboard or mouse to USB port dirctly?
Or change others usb hub and try again.

I did it, but it doen’t help. Do you have a “factory” image then can i restore or something?
Do you have serial console or ssh access? If so, what does “lsusb” show (and “lsusb -t”)? What does “dmesg --follow” show as the keyboard is plugged in or unplugged?
Took several tries to get it to work on my Xavier. Had to do it from machine with real ethernet connection. From laptop with only wifi never could get it to work. The way I did it was to move monitor and keyboard from intel machine to xavier to finish set-up before it would complete.

The problem was that i use my Xavier with an Intel Dual Band 8660. When i removed it, usb ports started working

I have same issue but on TX2 not Xavier, un-plug everything just using usb mouse.

There are the error code while flash jetpack. It still finished but when boot TX2 can’t move the usb mouse.
