JetPack 4.2 sdkmanager errors at step 2

I installed JetPack 4.2 on Ubuntu 18.04, ran “sdkmanager”, entered credentials. At step 1 deselected Host Machine and selected Target Host = Jetson TX2. Clicked Continue and I see “OOPS, Could not load the NVIDIA SDK details”.

In the exported logs I see an error about loading “sdkml3_jetpack_l4t_42.json”. The file contains:

$ cat ~/.nvsdkm/dist/sdkml3_jetpack_l4t_42.json
html/body/script <<< Edited so I can post the message on the forum
var url = window.location.pathname;
var filename = url.substring(url.lastIndexOf('/')+1);
window.location = "http://developer.nvidia.com/restricted?filename="+filename

Hi abcsgiz,

Are you connect ethernet on your host PC?
If try to execute sdkmanager several times, can you still have this issue?

Yes, the host PC is connected to ethernet.

Works fine now.
