Jetpack 4.4 goes in restart loop after emmc flash using sdk manager v (4.2) or ./flash.sh

try running the installation sqeuence again;

however, there are two versions of nano modules

Jetson Nano (P3448-0000)
Developer kit version

Jetson Nano (P3448-0002)

the module seems, as per the picture

900-13448-0020-000

Yes , right now trying to install using sdk manager --cli command

when the flash is finished, execute from the Host PC

sudo picocom -b 115200 /dev/ttyACM0

so that it will allow to set up username and password & network configuration settings
it won’t work if a hdmi display is conencted though

I can remove the HDMI display as well . Until now I connected HDMI display and configured user etc.

both approaches should work;
as per my taste, the less GUI is used the better are the odds of successful install
if the display is atatched the terminal command for headless setup won’t wor

FATAL: term closed

restarting continiously?
if the hdmi is connected, will the initial configuration setup menu open?
It seems that you was able to login via the tty console?
the FATAL: term closed , message - was it due to thhe fact that the device got restarted? or a failure and auto restart?

@harshit2
could you share a photo of the PCB board, please?
Colleagues pointed out that there might exist a need to remove one of cables/jumpers to release the reset loop

If HDMI is connected initial configuration menu is visible , also after some 15-20 restarts I am finally able to login to the machine , same when hdmi is connected.

finally able to login to the machine - means that it won’t reboot anyumore?

Even when I am able to login into the system post 15-20 restarts and if I will do shutdown -r now , again it will restart continuously and after some time it will boot properly

could you remove the jumper, please?

Alright , let me remove the jumper and start the process again

did it resolve the reboot loop issue after the jumper got released?

So i removed the jumper as mentioned and restarted the device , again its in the continuous loop of reboot

predicted cause from colleagues is that the reset button got broken

Since you cant see the boot log as picocom need to wait for proper reboot , I attached display and this is what it looks like after everytime it restarts. Also i have multiple boards and multiple reset button , issue persist across different boards , this is my seconds board.

what is the power supply? it needs to be 5v, 4.8 Amp
were different power sources used?
could you measure the powersource outputs with multimeter?
