Since upgrading to JetPack 4.4, our system no longer does a full shutdown whether we shutdown via the GUI or command line.
Please advise on if there is a way to revert this behavior back to the way it was in previous versions of JetPack.

you may enable serial console, or enable $ dmesg --follow to check the details.
