I got my problem solved after found your comment on an earlier thread. I think OV7251 doesn’t output embedded data and I have embedded_metadata_height = "1" in the device tree. The camera passed v4l2 test after changing it to "0".
I’m not so sure why this worked on TX2 in JP4.X and 3.X, but it’s always good to make sure all info in the device tree are accurate. I will start another topic about the sudo media-ctl -p -d /dev/media0 question. Don’t want to deviate topic.
