I am using the Jetson Xavier NX Developer Kit with Jetpack 5.1.3. The OS was installed without any issues, but during the CUDA installation process, I encountered several errors such as “dpkg: error processing archive ~~~” and “package architecture (arm64) does not match system (amd64).” Please check and advise.

Is there someone linking to the device and using the apt or dpkg?
Could you try to setup (from reflashing) again to see if the same issue shows up?
