We are conducting a reboot test on the JetPack 6.0 production release with our customized carrier. The same hardware platform was verified with JetPack 5.1.1 without issues.

However, with the JetPack 6.0 production release, we are experiencing a 1/2000 failure rate in our reboot tests. The final line of the reboot failure halts at…

Do you possibly have any feedback to help us fix this issue?
The logs for a failed boot and a successful boot can be found below.

boot_failed.log (63.7 KB)
boot_good.log (66.7 KB)

Thank you very much!

The error rate is too low and the log are not sufficient to tell what is going on there.

I would say test more time with removing some peripherals or disabled some interfaces and see if this gives any clue.

Thanks for your feedback. We will try to conduct more testing by disabling differenet functions.
