Now there are packages that you can download or install.

But I think the two packages may need to be rebuilt. They depend on some cuda-13.0 packages. That would be a problem for me as I have installed cuda-13.1.

apt download nvidia-l4t-jetson-multimedia-api
apt download nvidia-l4t-gstreamer

sudo apt install nvidia-l4t-jetson-multimedia-api nvidia-l4t-gstreamer

The JP 7.1 was released with CUDA 13.0.
For CUDA 13.1 support, customers need to rebuild the deb by themselves.
Sorry for that.

Can you confirm wherther you can install them successfully now?
