Jetpack clean installation/Factory reset on AGX Xavier

Hi,

I have a Jetson AGX Xavier on which I would like to do a factory reset. I am using the SDK manager as well as flash.sh script to install Jetpack 5.1.4. I have tried flashing using both methods: both the flashing processes have completed successfully. In spite of this, I am not able to see a clean OS installation. Users, installed packages, command history etc. are the same from before flashing. the host machine is an Ubuntu laptop. What am I doing incorrectly? Also, what is the correct process to do such a factory reset?

Are you using the devkit or custom board for AGX Xavier?
Could you share the serial console log for further check?
