JetPack-L4T-3.1 & Ubuntu 16.04 installation issue

Hi All,

I’ve failed to install CUDA on Ubuntu 16.04 by using the JetPackL4T component manager. Does Ubuntu 16.04 support jetpack 3.1 / 3.0

The issue solved after sudo apt-get upgrade the system.
