Jetpack3.2.1 installation url doesn't exist anymore

When i try to install Jetpack-3.2.1, the component manager gives error. When i search it why, the url in manifest.json for Jetpack-3.2.1 responses 404 Not found

The manifest.json:

The url is not working

The URL is now fixed and the downloads should work fine now.

Please reply back to the thread if you are still facing issues with downloads.
