custom board的PCIe C4，插上2TB的NVME固态硬盘，执行sudo mkfs.ext4 /dev/nvme0n1系统卡死，网络断了，串口无输入输出。如果换为1TB的NVME固态硬盘，就没问题。

Do you mean the issue specific to the NVMe SSD?
If so, could you share the details of these 2 NVMe SSD?
NVIDIA Orin的L4T驱动有没有限制最大支持1TB？
As my understanding, we don’t limit the size of NVMe to be used as rootfs.
Please just check the flash and serial console log for any errors.
