This issue is due to the SDRAM chip part number change.
We must remain on Jetson 4.6.0 / r32.6.1 initial release and need a patch to fix the Micron 16Gb NX version using the dev kit.
The current patches available are:
XNX-16GB-r32.6.1-overlay for the Hynix part, but we need support for the Micron 16Gbit part SDRAM[4] chip addition.
PCN210641 which supports Jetpack 4.5.1, not our version.
PCN21114 which supports Jetpack 5.1.2, not our version
To clarify our current production version. JetPack 4.6 (L4T 32.6.1)
The PCN patch to use is unknown at this point, so we are asking for some direction to resolve this issue.
For the Jetson 4.6.0 Xavier NX board using the devkit board for flashing. We must remain on Jetson 4.6.0. Our current mode is secure boot “Production mode” fused, therefore the solution would need to support secure boot on both the old and new rev CPU/SOM, i.e., with and without the SDRAM[4] chip change. Our new rev SOM is RAMCODE 0x4 with I2cdump part level number: 699-13668-0001-302-B.0 and the old rev SOM is RAMCODE 0x0 with I2cdump part level number: 699-13668-0001-300-B.0
