Jetson AGX 5V Output Power on 40 pin header

Hi,

I want to attach an LCD screen on the 40 pin header on the Jetson to communicate over SPI. It requires a 5V/1A power supply. I know the 40 pin header has a 5V output pin, but I am unable to find if it can handle 1A. Where can I find this information?
