Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Dev Kit Not Detected in Recovery Mode

Hello NVIDIA team,
I have a Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Developer Kit which is no longer entering recovery mode.
After a power overload, the device powers on (fan spins), but no HDMI output appears and the board is not detected on any host machine using the original USB-A to USB-C cable.
I’ve followed the correct recovery procedure multiple times:

  • Hold REC, tap POWER, release REC
  • Tried Reset + Recovery combination
  • Used multiple laptops and confirmed cable is original
  • Tried lsusb, dmesg – no USB device appears

The fan works, indicating power is fine, but USB recovery mode is fully non-functional.

I suspect a failure in the USB controller or bootloader and would like to request help or an RMA/replacement under warranty.

Please advise.
