However after an attempted to change the WiFi module Intel AX210 (simply remove the current WiFi module and replace it with a new one), the Jetson won’t boot up anymore. I powered the Jetson by USB-C port and the software version was JetPack 6.1, no LED indicated when power plugged in nor pressing the power up button.

We did switch back the the original module but doesn’t seems to help.
About the power stability, it worked fine for a long time so I think it provided a sufficient power for the device.
Thank you for the support. Following you instruction, in the step 2 "Put device in recovery mode”; in order to put it in recovery mode, I did:
”Connect NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit to the PC with the bundled USB Type-A to Type-C cable.
Make sure you put the Type-C plug of the cable into the USB Type-C port next to 40-pin connector for flashing.
While holding the middle Force Recovery button ( 2 ), insert the USB Type-C power supply plug into the USB Type-C port above the DC jack.” [Ref]
