My Jetson AGX Orin experiences a complete system failure shortly after reaching the login prompt. The system boots successfully through UEFI and initial kernel startup, but then encounters catastrophic MMC controller failures and CBB Fabric errors that render the system unusable.

Thank you for your response. We have performed the following operations：We are using our custom carrier board with JetPack 6.2.The issue occurred after 1000 reboot cycles without power interruption.
Is it possible to test this on NV devkit?
We haven’t tried this before. We are currently testing and will have results later.
Is this still an issue to support? Any result can be shared?
Yes, this issue still occurs. However, we have not been able to reproduce it on the development kit and are currently investigating.
