Jetson AGX orin cannot use keyboard and mouse

Follow this Getting Started with Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit.
Before the guide, I can use mouse and keyboard.

sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo reboot

After run this, it cannot identify mouse and keyboard.

Are you sure the board you are using there is a NV developer kit but not a custom board from other vendor?

Or you are not quite sure what does that mean for this question?

It seems custom board from other vendor, name is “JETSON AGX ORIN CLB”.

Custom board is not devkit. It might be different in hardware design. For example, maybe the USB port from custom board is different from Devkit.

Using the settings from SDK manager, of course it’s for Devkit. Maybe the USB port on CLB is using USB Port 3, while devkit is using Port 0 ( Numbers are just for examples, I’m not sure what port these boards are using), leads to the USB not working issue.
For custom board, I think you need to contact with vendor, to get the images from them.
