Hi,

I got a new Thor devkit, and I following the guide([Quick Start Guide — Jetson AGX Thor Developer Kit - User Guide](https://docs.nvidia.com/jetson/agx-thor-devkit/user-guide/latest/quick_start.html)) to install the Jetson BSP. However, the device reboot immediately after I select **Flash Jetson Thor AGX Developer Kit on NVMe 0.2.0-r38** (step 4). It doesn’t start the installation process. I want to know if any incorrect setup that may cause this problem.

Besides, when I select “Check Disc for Defects", it shows the following messages. I wonder if it is related to the problem I met.

Hi,

Please refer to

> **[Re-enable USB stick installation — Jetson AGX Thor Developer Kit - User Guide](https://docs.nvidia.com/jetson/agx-thor-devkit/user-guide/latest/twa_display_handoff.html)**

If you are running native Ubuntu, another excellent option for flashing the device is to use SDK Manager.

Thanks

Hi David,

I want to know if you can duplicate the same issue in your testing environment?
