Currently I am working on Nvidia Jetson AGX Xavier SOM.

I cant able to download NVIDIA JETSON AGX XAVIER DEVELOPMENT BOARD design files.

Please guide me on this.

Are you speaking of carrier board schematics? You might want to check this out:

(you can filter for different key words)

There are some different documents there which might be what you’re looking for. This also would be related:
