Jetson Agx Xavier Module Power Failure After Normal Operation

The Jetson device(32GB) suddenly stopped working while computer vision application was running. The power LED on the board is not turning on after supplying power.

These are the steps we followed:

  1. Mounted the Jetson SOM, Fan sink and carrier board.

  2. Used a 19V–3.4A power adapter.

  3. Flashed the Jetson device using the SDK Manager from the host machine to eMMC.

  4. Installed the required dependencies.

  5. Ran a computer vision application for 7–10 days, for about 3–4 hours per day.

The device was running smoothly with GPU utilization, but it suddenly stopped working yesterday.
just want to confirm whether the issue with carrier board or something else?
Please suggest possible ways to diagnose or fix this issue.
