Jetson AGX Xavier Multimedia API - target: First Error

Hi,
I am installing jetpack 4.6 on Jetson Xavier AGX. At the last stage, i am facing the error during Multimedia API installation.
I am using ubuntu18.04 PC,not VM.
Here is the summary:

$ tar cvf sdklogs.tar ~/.nvsdkm

I have installed these successfully after reflashing the OSimage on the Xavier.
