Do you mean to set Xavier as EP? You can find the reference EP design in Xavier Design Guide in DLC. Also you can read all Xavier docs for more info.
Our architecture is that both the RC device and the EP device are provided with a frequency of 100MHz by the same external clock chip, as shown in the figure below. Jetson AGX Xavier as RC device.

We don’t meet such request before. The reference clock should be from RC to EP in general. Please follow the Design Guide to make custom design.
