Jetson AGX Xavier to do underwater acoustic communication

I want to use Jetson AGX Xavier for underwater acoustic communication. To do underwater acoustic communication, I need to use A/D converters and D/A converters. I’m curious if the Jetson AGX Xavier series supports this. Additionally, I’d like to know if it supports Keras and TensorFlow.
