Jetson_AGX_Xavier_Series_Pinmux_Configuration_Template_v1.4.xlsm file configuration tutorial link, my jetson-agx pin function is different from the development kit, need to make changes to pinmux, there is no tutorial for the complete process. Thank you.

wait… you cannot use SDKManager to flash your customize board, it just doesn’t supported.
please follow developer guide. Pinmux Changes. you should change the pinmux configuration applied by the software.
and… you should perform flash script manually for burning your platform.
