I downloaded Jetson firmware on Ubuntu 22.04 and encountered the error shown in the picture，How can I solve it？

Hi,

Please press EXPORT LOGS and attach a zip file to us to review.
Also some questions to confrim

• Is your ubuntu a physical or a virtual machine(e.g. VMware VirtualBox)?
• Is your device a dev kit or a custom board.

Is your custom board you design or bought from other company?
Because the sdk manager only support dev kit, you need to reach out the vendor you bought for the custom bsp.
