Jetson-io.py crash after the gray UI window

Hi,
I am trying to modify the GPIO pin out to enable SPI on Orin. I was about to run sudo /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/jetson-io.py once. But after that every time it crashed.

dpkg-query --show nvidia-l4t-core

Do you mean you can generate a new device tree file through jetson-io.py, but cannot boot up with the new dtb?
