Hello,
I have devices 900-13448-0020-000 with serial numbers:
699-13448-0002-401
699-13448-0002-402
What is the difference between 401 and 402.
After starting the device does not work properly

Please refer to the PCN in DLC. NVIDIA Jetson Nano PCN211181 Addition of Manufacturing BOM Components: DRAM

Any Jetson Nano with 699 level part number version greater than or equal to 402 may be affected by this PCN. Each module has a label and/or 2D barcode which provides the 699 level part number.
For example, a module with 699 level part number 699-13448-0002-402 may be affected.
Customers may receive mixed shipments, with 699 level part number versions less than, equal to, or greater than 402. Modules with 699 level part number versions equal to or greater than 402 may be built with the new components described in this PCN, or with the older components.

The PCN is for the version greater than or equal to 402, not 401.
