I have two Jetson Nanos 2GB and I wrote the Jetson Nano 2GB image to two different SD Cards that were 128gb from Lexar and I used both of them on both Nanos. I even wrote the image on two different pcs macOS and windows. I tried so many things over the past week and nothing has worked. No matter what, the screen is frozen when I connect it to my monitor and it is stuck on the Nvidia logo page. I tried using the microUSB port to try to set up the nano the headless mode way but the microUSB wouldn’t even show up on my device manager. I called tech support and they said the best thing I can do is state my problem in this forum. I have been on this problem for way too long and it seems that the nano is unreliable or there might be something I am missing. Ive also used Etcher and followed the instructions and watched different YouTube videos and even read through the forums for my problem and it is still not resolved. What should I do
I have also made sure to use the right power supply and everything as it is a raspberry pi usb c cable that is 5V 3A
Please have a Ubuntu 18.04 host PC to download the SDK manager, then use it to flash your device via JetPack.
I already tried to do this but as I said the micro-usb port does not seem to be working
Tell us more about what does “cannot work” mean here more that just that description. Any log to share?
What you described in first comment has nothing related to our previous reply. Are you sure you understand what we were talking about?
Yes what I mean is that I used my Virtual Machine Ubuntu 18.04 on my pc to try to use the SDK manager to flash to my Nano 2GB but as I said the device does not even register the nano when I plug it in using a micro-USB to USB cable. I tried plugging it into another device and it still did not register the nano at all. So when Im using the SDK manager, it does not show the nano as a device to flash to.

You have to put the board into recovery mode before flashing so that host can detect it.

We don’t support VM actualy. You may need a native ubuntu host.
