Jetson nano 4GB IC will not boot up

Hello,
I bought recenlty the Jetson Nano 4GB IC

Jetson Nano Developer Kit 4GB A IC

which unfortunely does not come with an sd card. So I did follow the steps of nvidia with sd format and and use afterwards balenaEtcher. I boot up my nano with an external sd card reader [1]. I have encounter the problem below.
Which pop up a android boot menu and afterwards it display continue booting. I left it over 20 mins, but nothing. Does anyone has encounter this problem?(I have plugged a mouse, keyboard, monitor and the card reader nothing else).

Suggest to reflash your device with the JetPack via SDK manager.

Download NVIDIA SDK Manager

Follow the steps at Install Jetson Software with SDK Manager.

NVIDIA SDK Manager can be installed on Ubuntu 18.04 to flash Jetson with JetPack.
