Jetson Nano (Attempting Recovery Boot)

I’ve successfully flashed a 128GB microSD using balena etcher on Macosx ARM.

I insert it into the jetson nano but it continues to go straight to “L4T Launcher: attempting recovery boot”, and turns off after a few seconds.

I’ve tried 2 USB keyboards to attempt to press ESC or ENTER but I cannot get the jetson nano super to respond in any way, it always boots up with the SD showing this message and turning off.

When I remove the microSD, it tries using IPV4 and IPV6 network boot, but it doesn’t go anywhere because it doesn’t have Jetson image to boot up.

I’ve record a video here that you can take a look if you are curious what I see.

Has anyway seen this before and how to fix? I saw some other people posting similar threads but none of the threads had a solution.

unfortunately, that guide does not help at all because I’m getting stuck on the step attempting recovery boot. I can’t get my keyboard / mouse to be responsive before the device shuts off.

I’ll update the topic to be jetson orin nano
