Jetson Nano B01 SOC Q39 and Q38 component

Hi,

Two of the components Q38 and Q39 on the nano B01 SOC has been burnt off and I am unsure of the components. Can you please let me know what exactly those components are and the name of the components?
And also can I get the schematic of the SOC?

Both are SOT323_1B1C1E. Module schematic is not public.
