Jetson Nano B01 stereo video recording

I just received the new B01 PCB with dual CSI connectors. I’d like to record frame synchronized video with it and get depth disparity. Existing examples show it with a ZED stereo camera. Any examples using the built in connectors?

The built in camera not support depth disparity.

Is it because the connectors aren’t hardware synced? Any reason why I can’t timestamp each camera, align the frames and do the depth map offline using Visionworks?
