There is no built in WiFi/BT at Nano devkit
That should work if that dongle was supported with Linux, you can refer to Jetson Nano not recognizing bluetooth USB dongle - Jetson & Embedded Systems / Jetson Nano - NVIDIA Developer Forums or google it to find the suitable one.
