Jetson Nano does not boot after flash

I want to enable PWM on the GPIO pins of my Jetson Nano. Now I am trying to boot my Nano. The yellow power indication light goes on, but apart from that nothing happens. I connected my laptop to the serial port, and it gave me the below output. I removed some lines that seemed not interesting. So I can see two lines that seem to tell me there is an error:

There seems to be an issue with the spreadsheets not producing good dts/dtsi files. They seem to mess with the qspi definition which makes it impossible to boot from the sd card.

Which configure are you modify in pinmux spreadsheet?

I am not sure what you mean by your first question. As I said, I exactly followed all the instructions found at the url I mentioned in my post.
I modified pin GPIO13 to PM3_PWM2 Output and GPIO07 to PM3_PWM0 Output.

What @carolyuu wanted to ask is if you change the pinmux in both bootloader and kernel. If you just follow all the steps, I think that means you replace them all.
