Jetson Nano does not turn on

I tried to use the micro SD card with image to turn my Jetson Nano on, but nothing happens!

Only one time it was turned on and I could configuration, but as soon as it finished, the device turned off and never turned back on again.

Are you using the devkit or custom board?

Please provide the serial console log for further check.

I am using the devkit. The serial of the product is: 0421419002924
