And I tried second method at https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/jetson-tx2-flashing-with-jetpack-4-4/144166/11
it is not improved.

When downloading using sdk-manager or flash script, there is a sound like USB disconnection and re-connection, after which the console message of jetson is as follows:

Hearing that, it seems there is something wrong with the usb, I tried the following. But problem is the same.

echo “-1” > /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend

Hoping for your solution…

Sdkmanager and flash.sh are basically the same… sdkm is using flash.sh to flash the board…

Thus, put your board into recovery mode again, run sdkmanager, click on the “export logs” and attach the full log here.

attached sdkmanager logs

What is your host environment? Is it a VM?

And are you sure your board is in recovery mode? Your log says it is not.

*** Reading ECID … *** Error: ECID read failed.
Put the target board in RCM mode and retry.

Host environment : Oracle VM VirtualBox6.1.8 + Ubuntu18.04.4 LTS

USB information of VM VBox is below.

Sorry that VM is not supported. We cannot guarantee it would work fine.

I should go buy a new PC.

Thanks your fast reply…

I installed Ubuntu18.4.5 on a new PC(GB-BRi7H-8550) and tried to download it through sdkmanger.
But it’s the same situation.

please run this command on your host

sudo apt-get install libxml2-utils

and flash the board again.

It works…
Thanks.
