Jetson Nano getting stuck at first boot

The Jetson Nano that we purchased


is not working. It is getting stuck at the first boot itself.

Hi,
Do you use Nano module with SD card slot or Nano module with emmc? Which L4T release do you use? Jetpack 4.6.2?

Please try to flash the whole device with sdkmanager.
