Jetson Nano GPIO changes

Hi,
I want to change a GPIO in Jetson Nano can you tell me where all I need to change? I want to make GPIO02 (124 )–> GPIO3_PH.06 to output and drive low by default and later I will change it to low/High as required.

Please let me know which all dts files I need to change? any example?

you could download pinmux spreadsheets to have customization.
or, you could use the Jetson-IO tool to Configuring the 40-Pin Expansion Header.
