Jetson nano gpio read error

Hi,

I am trying to read an 3.3v input from jetson nano.
I have connected the Input to the jetson GPIO. The issue I am having is the pin is not read properly. Even though the voltage is changed the GPIO wont read the value. But when I touch the wire or change the status while touching the wire the status changes properly. How to fix this tried to put a capacitor but did not work

there’s a level shifter.
