When I tried to enable spi, jetson nano malfunctioned-it kept restarting and it couldn’t be used normally.
I can’t help on SPI, but you will need to include a serial console boot log for whoever answers. See:

What’s your BSP version? Also looks like it doesn’t on TX2, should move Nano topic.
