Jetson Nano: jetson_util camera capture failed when flipMethod = rotate-180

Hello,
I am trying my Jetson Nano by following this link to capture video from camera and displaying it on the screen and ran into issue when setting the flipMethod to rotate-180.

Setup:
Jetpack 4.6.4
Raspberry Pi Camera Module V2

i built the project from Source per this instruction:

and ran this python script that comes with it:
works fine when flip method set to “none” and I can see the captured video on my screen.
but when set to rotate-180, the screen freezes and only shows the first frame.

on the failed case, the log shows:

nvbuf_utils: dmabuf_fd 1053 mapped entry NOT found
nvbuf_utils: Can not get HW buffer from FD… Exiting…
NvBufferGetParams failed for dst_dmabuf_fd
nvbuffer_transform Failed

cd jetson-inference/build
cmake -DENABLE_NVMM=off …/
make
sudo make install
