Jetson Nano MIPI CSI-2 maximum resolution, differences from TX2

Are there any known limits to image resolution for a MIPI CSI-2 camera on the Jetson Nano? Does NVIDIA specify any maximum image width or height for an image sensor?

Alternatively, if an image sensor runs on the Jetson TX2 should it also be able to connect to the Jetson Nano? Is the functionality of the MIPI CSI-2 receivers/image processing/drivers mostly identical between TX2 and Nano?

Thanks

hello phahn,

please refer below,

  1. Jetson-TX2 and Jetson-Nano having different CSI capability. suggest you access Jetson Nano System-on-Module Data Sheet and check the [Image Signal Processor (ISP)] session. The imaging subsystem supports raw (Bayer) image sensors up to 24 million pixels.

  2. please check [url]Raspberry camera module V1.3 compatibility? · Issue #29 · NVIDIA-AI-IOT/jetbot · GitHub for the Supported camera list of Jetson-Nano.
