Jetson Nano Module Power ON/OFF logic -> 10s BUTTON PRESS FOR FORCE SHUTDOWN?

Hello, I am designing a new baseboard PCB for the jetson nano. I am trying to understand the Module Power ON/OFF logic see in → Jetson Nano Reference Design Schematics )
I think I understand the Power ON/OFF logic circuit. But I do not understand the circuit → 10s BUTTON PRESS FORCE SHUTDOWN???

My understanding is that:

C270 is loaded by R373, after approx. 10 seconds Q32B switches and generates a permanent LATCH_RESET = 0 so POWER_EN is always 0 ??? The Jetson Nano is always off ???

Where is my thought error? I fail to understand it :-)

I am curious to hear their answers.
Thank you very much :-)

On the development kit Jetsons, if you hold the power button down for 10 seconds, then the unit will power off. Apparently this part of the schematic is for that purpose.

That’s right, I get that. I was wondering how the circuit works…

Okay, now I understand the circuit. There is still a resistor R164 → 5V the Q32B is always actuated.

Now I understand :-)

Thank you…
