Jetson Nano not boot when I'm using Waveshare case

Hi - I have problems with Waveshare case ©: https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/Jetson_Nano_Case_(C)
I connect Power, Reset buttons to Jetson Nano like step 3:

  • Power button: Pin 1-2, 11-12
  • Reset button: Pin 5-6
  • Jumper: Pin 7-8
    My Jetson nano stucks at Nvidia logo. If I remove all of them and just plug DC cable, it can boot normally. I don’t know the reason why it is not working with Waveshare case. Would you please help me on this. Thank you so much.

We don’t have that Waveshare case, not sure where the issue is.
