Jetson Nano not booting properly

I have jetson nano specification: Nvidia Jetson Nano Development Kit (128 Cuda Cores, Cortex®-A57, 4 GB 64-Bit LPDDR4)
It is not booting properly, I have flashed the Jetpack SDK v4.4.4 on an SD card and but the device is unable to read it properly and does not boot up, only shows a blank screen. On rare occasions it does boot up,I set up the OS and when it I switch it off it does not switch on again. Please guide.

Please at least try re-flashing with SDK Manager.
