Jetson Nano power - Why do I need to plug and un plug the adaptor( power supply) to power the nano again?

I have my nano running with a power supply and I need it so start when connected to electricity (wall socket) again. But I need to take unplug the adapter and plug it again to power it.

Any of you guys know why? I would like it to start when power is connected to it (its adaptor is plugged with other devices on an extension cable).

That’s because Jetson nano needs to be fully discharged when plug in the adaptor to start.
